Interdisciplinary Team Meetings (IDTs)
Physicians of Unity patients are invited to attend Unity's Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings held every two weeks, or, alternately, to participate in meetings via conference call.

IDT meetings enable communication among a patient's care providers, both Unity care personnel and medical professionals in the community.  Physicians are encouraged to participate in IDT meetings to gain a full perspective on their patient's care and progress and to provide their insight and recommendations that allow for the most comprehensive, collaborative care across disciplines.
