know. A complimentary copy is given to every
Unity patient, and additional copies are available

Keepsake Ornaments
- A commemorative ornament designed by Mystic Images is available
through Unity. This fine porcelain ornament includes a card
inscribed with a special message. Ornaments are available for $10 each
and are a special way to remember a loved one.

One of a Kind |

Legacy of Light - This unique candleholder, created especially
for Unity, is made of solid pewter and includes five, 4"
champagne-colored candles. The 2" heart-shaped base can be personalized
with up to four words of your choosing―a
name, a nickname or a special saying. Candleholders are available for
$25 each and can be ordered in honor of any special person or occasion. |

Legacy of Light |
| Quilts
- Friends and family of Unity patients are invited to participate
in Unity's Quilt Project―a symbol of love
and memories. The quilt square that is decorated in honor of your loved
one will be joined with those made by other family members and friends
whose loved ones have died. The design can be as simple as writing a
name in marker or embroidery, transferring an iron-on picture to the
fabric square or attaching items that are meaningful to you or your
loved one. You may even wish to consult an embroidery or craft shop to
help you with a more complex design.

patient and are interested in creating a quilt square for someone

instructions will be mailed to you, at no cost. |
