Unity has both governance and advisory teams who support our mission to
promote dignity, comfort and self-determination to people coping with a
life-limiting illness, grief or loss.

Committee
As a governance committee,
representatives from Unity's three owner hospital
partners, Bellin Health, St. Mary's Hospital Medical
Center and St. Vincent Hospital meet bi-monthly to
provide oversight to Unity's processes and policies. |

Community Development Council and Ambassadors
This team of community leaders
serves as advisors to Unity for our community outreach and fundraising
efforts. The Community Development Council meets monthly, and the
members are eligible to serve up to two terms of three years each. Once
a committee member completes his or her service terms, he or she becomes
a Unity Ambassador. Current members and Ambassadors are listed below:
