spiritual provider to patients and families of all
religious or non-religious backgrounds as they work
through end-of-life feelings and concerns and/or can
act as a liaison to the patient's chosen faith
community.

Grief Counselors offer
bereavement support to patients' loved ones for
minimally 13 months after services end and are
trained to talk about issues of grief and loss.

Unity's
Medical Director,

consultations when requested. |
